Are there any basic requirements to apply?

Ideally we would like to add team members with direct field experience, however, we are also always willing to train the right candidates with the right attitude. We require that all employees have a valid U.S. Driver’s License and/or reliable transportation each day. For all field positions, we require the ability to perform physical labor for up to 10-12 hours a day and lift heavy weight as needed.
