The best time to aerate your lawn is in the growing season. Early Spring between March and May, or Fall between August and November are ideal times for aeration as the cool season grass enhances root growth and improves spring green-up and growth.
Heavily used lawns, or those growing on heavy clay or sub-soils may need more than one aeration each year.
Does my Lawn need Aeration?
Breathe some life into your lawn with our Aeration Services.
Compacted soils have too many solid particles in a certain volume or space, which prevents proper circulation of air, water and nutrients within the soil. Excess lawn thatch or heavy organic debris buried under the grass surface can also starve the roots from these essential elements.

Aeration is an important factor to a healthy lawn. It ensures that vital nutrients can reach the soil beneath your grass by allowing air and water to penetrate built-up grass or lawn thatch.
Aeration improves air exchange between the soil and atmosphere, enhances soil water uptake, improved fertilizer uptake and use, reduces water runoff and puddling, strengthens turf grass roots, reduces soil compaction, enhances heat and drought stress tolerance, improves resiliency and cushioning and enhances thatch breakdown.
*We use top of the line Aerating equipment to deliver the highest quality in the most efficiency.
